Community Association Services


We provide professional property supervision by licensed Community Association Managers who enforce governing documents, facilitate annual budget preparation, maintain competitive bidding of improvements, and offer 24/7 availability for emergency response.


We maintain association records, handle general association correspondence as well as Condo / HOA questionnaires, process resale applications, and provide the community association with notary services.


We prepare monthly financial statements, collect and process owner payments, facilitate delinquent collection program, work with attorney in collection, offer lock box and online credit card payments, and work with association accountant for year end reports and tax returns.


We provide basic maintenance of community association property according to governing documents (common areas, roadways, parking facilities and sidewalks), prepare supply requests and maintain inventory as needed.

Online Services

We maintain a website for each community we service so that owners can make online dues payments by credit card or online check as well as request repairs or association documents as needed.

Self Management

Dwellings provides general accounting services to include Accounts Payable & Receivable, notices and document preparation for self-managed communities.
