Dwellings Property Management was established because our principals saw a need within the Southeast Florida region for rental & association management that focuses on superior customer service 24/7 and 365 days each year.

Our leadership is comprised of licensed Community Association Managers, veterans of accounting and customer service, and principals with deep roots in the residential real estate world who knew just what was missing in the industry and knew just how to fill that void.
